NTDS & MALARIA RESEARCH AND COLLABORATION ALLIANCE
"NTDs & Malaria Research and Collaboration Alliance between Taiwan and Africa" proposed by Taipei Medical University is consisted of six Taiwan and African universities. In Taiwan, they are Taipei Medical University (TMU), National Taiwan University (NTU), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) and Chang Gung University (CGU); while in Africa, University of Eswatini (UNESWA) in Eswatini, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Nigeria and University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in South Africa are included. The primary mission of the “Alliance of Medicine between Taiwan and Africa” is to develop academic collaboration in several important research fields in Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) & Malaria.
